Trésors du Saint-Sépulcre
A book of history and geography that summarizes the great artistic chronicle of the West.
The thousand and one treasures that over the centuries have from all over Europe to honor the Holy City, constitute a universal story of beauty.
Bringing each of these works back to life, recounting the great events and the small anecdotes that tell of the alliance between mysticism and politics, art and finance, devotion and calculation, Jacques Charles-Gaffiot, a member of the scientific committee of the Terra Sancta Museum, resurrects the great era when luxury was a divine affair.
- Edited by Jacques Charles-Gaffiot

La Nuova Gerusalemme. Artigianato Palestinese al servizio dei Luoghi Santi
Bringing to light the traces of the past, to help the lives of people today. The concreteness and social value of archaeological research – perhaps not so obvious to many – emerges in the volume ‘La Nuova Gerusalemme. Artigianato Palestinese al servizio dei Luoghi Santi’ (The New Jerusalem, Palestinian Handicrafts at the Service of the Holy Places), by Father Michele Piccirillo. It is a large-format photographic volume and a unique collection of the handicraft reproductions made in past centuries, of the shrines of Christianity (the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem, the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem, Calvary, the Grotto of the Nativity and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary) preserved in museums all over the world.
“We hope that the publication of these works that honour Palestinian craftsmanship,” writes Father Piccirillo, in the volume’s introduction.
